Mad Engine Global is looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Retail Planner/Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and help drive smarter decisions across Sales, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Replenishment, and Supply Chain.
Analyze POS, sales, margin, sell-through & category performance
Identify trends, opportunities & the “why behind the what”
Build forecasts, dashboards & assortment planning tools
Support strategic assortment and category decisions
Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment Planning & Supply Chain
Turn complex data into clear recommendations that drive action
- 5+ years of retail, wholesale, or apparel industry experience
- Experience in retail planning, sales/category analytics, assortment planning, or demand forecasting
- Advanced Excel & strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate data into compelling business insights
- A curious, collaborative & commercially focused mindset
