Sales Support Associate II

The Sales Support Associate plays an essential role in ensuring store success and efficiency, delivering a brand‑consistent experience to every customer. The associate leaves a lasting impression through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well‑arranged sales floor.

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, organize the cash wrap, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Education and experience will be considered together.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); ability to use walkie‑talkie; read price and release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including public holidays).
