Insurance Telemarketer - Personal Lines

Job Description

We are hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Telemarketer to join our sales and lead generation team. This role focuses on outbound calling, insurance lead qualification, and appointment setting for auto insurance, home insurance, and renters insurance.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in telemarketing, call center sales, inside sales, phone sales, or customer service, who are motivated by performance goals.

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective insurance customers

Generate and qualify insurance leads for personal lines products

Identify customer needs for auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance

Set appointments or transfer warm leads to licensed insurance agents

Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation

Accurately enter call notes and customer data into CRM systems

Meet or exceed daily call volume and monthly sales/lead targets

Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, inside sales, or phone sales preferred

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling objections

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
