What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Make outbound phone calls to set appointments for sales teams with potential clients
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics and existing customer relationships
  • Explain the benefits of products and services concisely to generate interest
  • Run sales campaigns using sequenced email and video outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on campaign effectiveness and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • One or more years of B2B or B2C inside sales experience
  • Outbound prospecting experience with a track record of generating new business
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others via phone, email, and video
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
