Farmers Insurance Sales Representative

Are you a driven and motivated individual with a passion for helping others? Our well-established insurance agency is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents.

In this role, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal lines insurance sales targets. Identify, explore, and cultivate new business opportunities within the personal lines insurance sector. Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships, delivering expert service and guidance.

Salary range anywhere from $36,000-$45,000 depending on experience. Commission and bonuses paid on top of salary.

• Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
• Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
• Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
• Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
• Produce $30,000 in Farmers personal lines premiums per month
• Write 1 Life Insurance Policy per month

• Property and Casualty License is required for employment
