We are currently seeking a Sales Account Specialist who enjoys working with customers, building trust, thrives in an energetic environment, and looks forward to guiding homeowners through intelligent home technology decisions. As a Sales Account Specialist, you'll be engaging directly with customers in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:- Complete hands-on training to develop a strong understanding of smart home ecosystems, security tech, and automation solutions.
- Engage directly with customers in a professional, approachable manner, using consultative sales techniques to provide tailored technology solutions.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial conversation through system enrollment.
- Ensure clarity, transparency, and confidence at every step.
- Educate customers on smart device features, remote access capabilities, and security service details.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism while representing the company.
- Work closely with team members to improve performance, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented culture.
- Address customer questions or concerns with care, using problem-solving skills to deliver a smooth and positive experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in sales, account management, client relations, customer service, home security, or consumer electronics is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed and professional.
- Team-focused attitude with a desire to grow and contribute to shared success within the Sales Account Specialist team.
