Job Description

As a Neighborhood Sales Representative, you will connect directly with homeowners to introduce Home Team’s pest control solutions and their exclusive built-in pest control system called Taexx®. This is a high-energy, outdoor sales role where you’ll build trust, educate customers, and help families protect what matters most—their home.

• Canvass residential neighborhoods that have the Taexx® system in their homes to generate new customers
• Educate homeowners on pest risks and Home Team’s 100% guaranteed services
• Present solutions including:
  • General pest control
  • Termite protection
  • Mosquito services
  • Taexx® built-in pest control systems
• Build quick rapport and deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
• Overcome objections with confidence and integrity
• Close sales and schedule service appointments
• Represent Home Team’s people-first values and commitment to service

• Strong communication and people skills
