The Telemedicine Sales manager will be responsible for bringing new clients to our Dial Care division of Careington International Corporation.
Dial Care delivers convenient telehealth for physician access, dental consultation, mental wellness, and virtual vet.
This position will be worked from our corporate office location at 7400 Gaylord Pkwy, Frisco, TX, 75034, five days per week, when not traveling.
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree preferred or work equivalence
- Previous sales experience within virtual wellness and/or benefits.
- Competencies including Professionalism, Cultural Awareness, Interpersonal Skills, Business Acumen, Communication, and Relationship Management.
- Position requires travel of up to 40% at times
- Develop strong business relationships with clients, including client entertaining
- Provide initial and ongoing support training to our clients or potential clients in person and/or via virtual presentations
- Identify, assist, and resolve client inquiries and issues
- Create proposals using a template during the sales process
- Identify best practices for program sales
- Advise product operations team of areas of needed improvement in order to advise strategic solutions that will help with success of the program
- Collaborate with clients to maximize usage and involve internal departments when necessary to accomplish client goals.
- Travel - domestically to help train, maintain relationships, attend conferences, assist in training and program presentations
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads and progress
- Outbound calling required to generate new leads
- Other job responsibilities as assigned
- Proven client-facing work experience, or a strong desire and drive to work in a client-facing role is a plus
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Strong phone skills and determination to meet minimum call volumes
- Organized, self-starter, who can work autonomously without being micromanaged
- Ability to work in an outbound and inbound call environment
- Motivated by client satisfaction
- Service-oriented attitude with proven follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Above average skills with MS Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Positive team player with excellent communication skills
