One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills.
This is not a traditional HVAC technician role. We are looking for professionals who can diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions.

Compensation Options
Option 1 - Draw + Commission
* $400/week Draw
* Sell & Serve: 15%
* Equipment Sales: 5%
* Service-Only Sales: 10%
Option 2 - Commission Only
* Sell & Serve: 20%
* Equipment Sales: 10%
* Service-Only Sales: 10%
Compensation structure will be finalized during the interview process based on experience and performance history.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
* Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options
* Educate homeowners and build customer trust
* Present financing options when appropriate
* Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities
* Complete Service Titan documentation and job records
* Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle
* Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations
Qualifications
* 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent customer communication skills
* Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background screening
* EPA Certification preferred
* Service Titan experience preferred
* Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred

HVAC Sales Technician → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Senior Sales Manager
Service Track:
HVAC Sales Technician → Field Supervisor → Service Manager → Operations Leadership
