Client Outreach Consultant (T)
The Client Outreach Consultant is a training position that proactively contacts the organization's clients to introduce advisory products and services. Under general supervision, this position works in partnership with the organization's advice partners to reach out to clients. This job reviews client financials to understand their risks and opportunities to recommend the right products and services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Reaches out to existing clients to introduce the organization's advice services with the goal of scheduling appointments with the organization's multiple advice channels.
- Collaborates with internal partners to assist in triaging clients who may want to take advantage of the organization's advisory services.
- Uncovers clients' potential financial planning gaps that often include asset allocation, income planning, estate planning, incapacitation planning needs as well identifying outside investable assets.
- Prepares prospective clients for their discovery meetings by setting expectations for what the meeting agenda will look like, as well as educating the clients on what important documents they'll need to bring to the meeting.
- Monitors industry trends and opportunities by reviewing industry publications, and contributes to overall Wealth team with sales and client service ideas, best practices and learned industry knowledge.

Base Pay Range: $30.77/hr - $41.92/hr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
