Description:
With a one‑team mentality, promote and sell franchise services in an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop a customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why Puro Clean® is the best cleaning and restoration company.
Provide clear pre‑testing, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence.
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective‑to‑objective marketing.
- Build, maintain, and service a "top 25 client" list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the Puro Clean business.
- Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling.
- Build brand awareness, promote the "One Team" culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to make a difference in the community through service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, asking open‑ended questions and delivering the brand message.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win‑win situations and support the business.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines; ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales‑based setting.
