Overview

Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate at NECOA (Coway) located in Stonebriar Centre Mall, Frisco, TX (75034). This role is a regular part‑time position.

• Demonstrate NECOA water purification products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Create a memorable experience that builds rapport with customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and ready for demos.
• Document and report sales accurately, including competitive insights.
• Use a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Attend regularly and meet or exceed personal sales goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of job experience, and at least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Tech‑savvy, problem‑solving, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• $18–$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly.
• Monthly sales bonuses.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required.
• Paid online training.
