As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
, you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Match customers with the best coverage for their needs.
- Give back to the community by helping protect what matters most.
No Insurance Experience? No Problem!
If you have a proven track record in sales (any industry) and exceptional customer service skills, we’ll provide all the training you need to excel in the insurance world.
Entry-level applicants start at $36,000 base salary + commissions (average first-year earnings $86,000+).
Already Experienced in Insurance Sales? Even Better!
If you’re already licensed and experienced, you’ll hit the ground running.
Experienced applicants start at $38,000 base salary or higher, with top performers earning $150,000+ in commission last year. Our very best exceeded $200,000.

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit new business via telephone, texting, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Secure all trailing documents from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross‑sell opportunity including financial products.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads (we provide you 35 leads per day) & referral sources.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi‑task, follow‑thru and follow‑up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but we will train good individuals.
- Prior sales experience is required in another industry if not already licensed.
- Career‑minded vision.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
