D1 Training North Frisco is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Director of Business Development & Community Partnerships to help launch our facility, drive founding memberships, and build a thriving community before our doors officially open.

This is not a traditional gym management role. It is a rare opportunity to join the founding team of a new D1 Training location and help shape its growth, culture, and long-term success from day one.

This is a sales, partnerships, events, and community growth role for someone who loves connecting with people, creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving measurable growth.

You will play a key role in introducing D1 Training to the Frisco community, developing strategic partnerships, generating leads, enrolling founding members, and helping establish D1 North Frisco as the destination for athlete development, fitness, and performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective families and athletes
  • Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and conduct consultations with prospective members
  • Represent D1 Training North Frisco at community events, youth sports events, schools, festivals, and local business functions
  • Build relationships with coaches, youth organizations, schools, and community leaders
  • Execute grassroots marketing initiatives
  • Develop partnerships that drive awareness and membership growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
  • Support founding member enrollment efforts
  • Help build the strongest athlete and family community in Frisco

Daily Success Activities

Successful candidates should expect:

  • Consistent outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Daily follow-up with prospective members and families
  • Membership consultations and enrollment conversations

  • Frequent attendance at community events
  • Regular partnership meetings throughout the Frisco area
  • Significant face-to-face interaction with athletes, parents, coaches, and community leaders

High performers in this role typically generate 100+ outbound contacts per day through calls, texts, email, events, and community outreach.

This role requires hustle, discipline, energy, professionalism, and a strong desire to win.

Compensation & Growth Base Salary

$55,000–$65,000
