Executive​/Manager​/Sr. Manager - Business Development

We are seeking a Business Development professional with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT sales, covering both domestic and international markets. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and supporting the sales cycle for services such as web design, web development, and mobile app development.

• Conduct B2B & B2C lead generation and qualification for new prospects in India and internationally.
• Search and utilize data resources through Google, web directories, Whois, and company websites to identify potential leads.
• Approach new businesses with proposals and selling strategies.
• Generate leads for services including web design, web development, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and product sales.
• Create and manage email campaigns to gather sales intelligence and promote offers.
• Target decision makers such as CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and VPs, distributing newsletters and promotional content.
• Convert qualified leads into prospects.
• Track and analyze email campaign results to refine outreach strategies.
• Maintain a customer database, setting up follow‑up emails and maintaining contact records.
• Possess an understanding of software development to better communicate product value.

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in IT sales.
• Proven track record in domestic and international market penetration.
• Strong research and data‑gathering skills using online tools and directories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with lead generation tools and email marketing platforms.
