Help drive sales and create excitement around HP products as a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate.
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week, preferred Saturday and Sunday; flexible Friday options may be available.

• Demonstrate HP products and tailored demonstrations at Best Buy.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, providing memorable experiences.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales data, competitive insights, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest appropriate products.
• Advise customers on product features and services, building confidence.
• Maintain a professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of HP products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm and outgoing personality.
• Experience engaging customers and demonstrating products.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless preferred.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1‑year prior job experience required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
