Job Skills / RequirementsWe are seeking a professional and experienced Site Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a high-profile, Class A corporate property in Frisco.
This daytime leadership role is Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 3:00PM in a high-end customer service focused environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate that is looking for a balance between quality of life and a great working environment with a caring and professional client.
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor on-site security personnel
- Ensure post orders, policies, and client expectations are executed flawlessly
- Maintain a sharp, professional appearance and command presence
- Act as the primary point of contact between site staff and upper management
- Complete detailed reports and oversee incident documentation
- Proactively address operational or performance concerns
- Prior security experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Professional demeanor suited for a corporate headquarters setting
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule
