Security Officer – Special Event Coverage

We are hiring security officers to support FIFA World Cup events across the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, including Frisco, Texas.

• Deliver excellent customer service in a high‑end retail and corporate environment.
• Observe, surveil the area and report activity at the assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Perform ground patrols (golf cart and foot) indoor and outdoor, walking 5–10 miles per shift.
• Work with access control systems, badge making, CCTV, and other security technology.
• Read, write, and submit detailed incident reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years old with valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR.
• Computer literate; experience with access control, badge making, or CCTV highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an asset.

Hourly rate: $20.00. Shift: open availability preferred; multiple shifts available. Position is temporary to permanent.
