GSOC Supervisor

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
  • Monitor and assess real‑time security threats, incidents, and emerging risks.
  • Lead and develop a team of security operators to maintain a proactive security posture.
  • Coordinate emergency response efforts and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Implement and enhance security protocols, leveraging the latest technology.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement communications center, emergency response, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is highly desirable.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a security‑related role.
  • Experience in incident management and crisis response coordination.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with stakeholders, law enforcement, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in security monitoring systems, access control, surveillance technologies (CCTV, intrusion detection, alarm systems).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, security software, and reporting tools.
  • Typing speed of 55–65 WPM.
Leadership & Communication
  • Strong team management and leadership abilities to oversee GSOC/SOC personnel.
  • Ability to develop training programs, conduct security drills, and educate staff on security protocols.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security operations.
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills for security incidents and compliance audits.
  • Work with IT teams to maintain and enhance security technologies.
  • Continuously improve security protocols, response strategies, and risk mitigation procedures.
Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $54,080.00 per year. Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Additional $50.00 bonus for holding a Texas Guard Card at hire (after 90‑day probation).
