The Make-Ready Technician plays a critical role in preparing apartments for occupancy and maintaining common areas. Responsibilities include completing maintenance in an accurate, timely manner, ensuring compliance, and assisting with preventive maintenance programs.

• Complete make‑ready apartment maintenance accurately and timely.
• Finish assigned work orders in compliance with company standards.
• Assist with building and common‑area maintenance.
• Participate in preventive maintenance program and help organize and track property equipment.

• 1 year of multi‑family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to use necessary tools to prepare units per company standards.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (e.g., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Prior knowledge of various building codes.
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
