Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Arella on Jones, a 229-unit community. You will assist with daily service requests, unit make-readies, and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool upkeep.
You'll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician, help maintain a safe, clean community, and participate in on-call rotations. A positive team player with tools and a valid license is essential.
