Safe Pro Pest is looking for a dependable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll inspect and treat residential and commercial properties for pest issues while delivering outstanding customer service. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and enjoys working independently.
Pest control experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough inspections to identify pest activity, including termites, rodents, ants, spiders, and other common pests.
- Apply pesticides and treatment solutions safely and according to state regulations and company standards.
- Educate customers on prevention methods to help reduce future pest problems.
- Maintain accurate service records, treatment notes, and follow-up recommendations.
- Keep company vehicles, equipment, and tools clean and properly maintained.
- Follow all state and federal pest control regulations and safety procedures.
- Work independently while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing Safe Pro Pest.
- Pest control experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in crawl spaces when needed.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
