Mobile Engineer

Mobile Full Stack Software Engineer – Hybrid | Frisco, TX (must be locally based)
The Role

Hands-on mobile full stack engineering role focused on designing and building mobile applications and backend services in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You'll work with minimal supervision, ship E2E mobile experiences, and actively leverage GenAI to accelerate development and SDLC processes. Startup mentality is a must.

• Lead development of mobile applications and services handling diverse transaction types
• Build E2E mobile flows independently — UX implementation through backend API integration
• Design and develop mobile applications and APIs that address real-world user scenarios
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors on functional integrations
• Use GenAI tooling actively for code generation and agentic app experiences
• Drive continuous innovation and experimentation while maintaining quality under tight timelines
• Solve and articulate complex problems across application design, development, and UX

• 7–10 years of software development experience; 5+ years in mobile application design and development
• Hands-on experience across both frontend (Android and/or iOS) and backend technologies
• Strong familiarity with RESTful APIs connecting mobile apps to backend services
• Experience with unit testing, code coverage, automation, and design patterns
• Proficiency with performance and debugging tools — Instruments, Allocation, Leaks, Crash Analysis
• Solid Git and code versioning fundamentals
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with Gradle/Maven (Android) and iOS build systems
• Demonstrated use of GenAI in the SDLC
