Full Stack Engineer

Our client is a leading consumer technology company focused on building intuitive, high-performance digital experiences used by millions. They are investing heavily in modern web architecture and are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to help drive that evolution. This is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX. Candidates must be within commuting distance. On-site presence is required as needed.

We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver modern, scalable web applications. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and build user experiences that are refined, accessible, resilient, and high-performing.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend systems
• Drive architectural planning and technical direction across teams
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Own end-to-end technical design discussions and architectural reviews
• Build clean, modular, scalable, and well-tested client-side and server-side systems
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and data integration layers with performance and reliability in mind
• Establish and uphold engineering best practices, coding standards, observability, and performance optimization strategies
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate tools for adoption
• Ensure high-quality releases through unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing

• 5–8 years of professional full-stack development experience

• Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Backend experience with Node.js and/or Go
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Pinia
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools such as Lighthouse, Webpack, and Chrome Dev Tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and internationalization (i18n)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, separation of concerns, domain-driven design)
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
