* Develop software applications using best practices in coordination with a distributed team.
* Apply mastery-level understanding of software development methodologies to design and build complex SaaS systems.
* Drive design decisions including platform selection, coding standards, and technical implementation.
* Contribute across all aspects of an Agile development process, design, programming, testing, documentation, QA, and implementation.
* Lead code reviews to enforce standards and provide constructive feedback.
* Mentor junior team members to reinforce best practices and support their growth.
* Ensure development efforts are properly estimated and delivered on time and to quality standards.
* Collaborate with internal and external end users on requirements gathering and application design.

** Lead Software Development Engineer
** if your background includes:
* 5+ years of experience developing software for the Global Trade industry, specifically in logistics, customs, or supply chain management.
* 10+ years of software development experience across multiple programming languages, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new ones.  + Proficiency in .NET development (C#, ).  + Proficiency in responsive front-end / single page application development using Angular.  + Proficiency developing and consuming REST APIs, including documentation tooling (Swagger, Postman).  +

Experience with both SQL and No

SQL data persistence systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).  + Working knowledge of Data Dog for observability, APM, and RUM.  + AWS and/or GCP cloud-native development experience.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI-First development tools and processes.
* Comfort with iterative, spec-light design. You'll need to think things through, fill in the blanks, and adapt across sprints based on customer feedback.
* Solid understanding of application security from both the web service and web application perspective.
* Lead-level understanding of design patterns and N-Tier architecture.
