• Generate prompts that challenge AI models.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby and ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Proficient use of Git and Linux CLI tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of testing principles, TDD, debugging, profiling, and code optimization.

• Contributions to open‑source Ruby projects.
• Experience with large monorepositories or major open‑source projects.
• Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or IaC tools.
• Experience with AI‑generated code or code evaluation projects.
