This role is essential in orchestrating seamless, safe, and timely transportation services for our clients traveling from Denver Airport to Copper Mountain. We seek organized, communicative, and dedicated individuals to ensure the highest customer service and operational efficiency standards.

As a Dispatch Agent, you will be the critical link between our drivers and clients. Your primary responsibility will be managing and coordinating airport transportation schedules from Denver to Copper Mountain , ensuring that our luxury late-model SUV shuttles are utilized effectively to provide prompt and reliable service. You will oversee communication with drivers, track vehicle locations, and ensure client transportation needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Coordinate and dispatch airport shuttle services, matching drivers with client bookings.
• Monitor shuttle locations and progress using GPS and communication tools.
• Provide timely updates and information to drivers and clients.
• Manage scheduling to accommodate early morning, late-night, and holiday shifts.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information regarding shuttle services.
• Collaborate with the driving team to ensure adherence to traffic rules and company policies.
• Maintain records of transportation details, including schedules, driver assignments, and client feedback.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in using GPS and scheduling software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to address client concerns effectively.
• Previous experience in dispatch or transportation coordination is required.
• Must be a team player with a commitment to safety and quality service.
• You must be a Summit County or Eagle County local resident with excellent knowledge of the local area.
