 Dennis & Dustin Deliveries (DADL) is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic team players to join our team of Delivery Associates. Our goal is simple: get every Amazon-branded order to the customer’s door safely while exceeding industry standards for quality and on-time delivery. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you’ll be given the tools to succeed and encouraged to share feedback regularly.
 Our Delivery Associates earn $21.25 per hour, with bonus weekly bonus opportunity of $25 or more when individual and team performance goals are met. All DADL Team Member receive free supplementary benefits package on day one!

 This part-time role is scheduled for a minimum of 2 shifts per week, typically lasting 9–10 hours and starting as early as 9:30 AM. Additional shifts may be available based on your individual performance and DADL’s business needs!
 The life of a Delivery Associate requires flexibility. Applicants must be willing and able to work weekends (preferably Sundays) and attend up to three paid training sessions, which may fall on consecutive weekdays.
 High-performing team members may be considered for promotion to full-time inside of 90 days.
 Duties and Responsibilities
 Arrive on time for every scheduled shift
 Set and maintain a High Performer standard for yourself
 Work in all weather conditions, including intense heat, rain, cold temperatures, and low-light areas
 Load and sort packages onto the delivery vehicle within 20 minutes
 Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs
 Follow all safety and quality requirements without exception
 Take scheduled breaks and record time punches accurately
 Wear a seatbelt properly every moment the vehicle is moving
 Never use a phone or device, or look away from the road, while driving
 Deliver 300+ packages and enter/exit the vehicle up to 400 times per day
 Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation, delivery confirmations, and quality compliance
 Navigate apartment complexes, multiple flights of stairs, and commercial areas while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude
 Qualifications
 Valid driver's license and clean driving record
 Ability to pass 5-panel drug screen within 1 business day of job offer
 Reliable transportation
 Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
