Job Description

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

Shift Time(s):
Shifts last 9-10 hours on average and begin as early as 9:30 AM. Some shifts will extend beyond 10 hours in length. Total shifts scheduled per week are based on individual performance and DADL's scheduling needs.

• Arrive on-time for every scheduled shift.
• Set and maintain a High Performer standard for themselves and Team DADL.
• Be prepared to work in all conditions including intense heat, rainy and stormy days, freezing temperatures with wintry mix, and low light areas.
• Load and sort packages onto a delivery vehicle in 20 minutes.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Understand that safety and quality requirements are mandatory.
• Wearing your seatbelt properly every moment that the delivery vehicle is moving.
• No use of cellphones (personal or DADL issued) or other devices while the delivery vehicle is moving.
• Deliver 400+ packages, getting in and out of the delivery vehicle as many as 400 times per day.
• Use a company provided hand held device for route navigation, confirming customer delivery information, and completing deliveries as specified by DADL & Amazon’s quality standards.
• Deliver in complex commercial and apartment complexes, navigating multiple flights of stairs, and communicating respectfully while maintaining a positive attitude and total focus.

• Valid form of
• Complete and pass 5-panel drug screen within 1 business day of job offer confirmation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
