Martinizing Cleaners is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Route Driver!

Martinizing Cleaners is seeking a responsible and professional Route Driver to support our pickup and delivery operations. This position plays an important role in providing convenient, reliable service to our customers while ensuring garments are transported safely and efficiently between our locations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable driving throughout the workday, and enjoys interacting with customers. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail are essential for this position.

• Pick up and deliver dry cleaning, laundry, and other textile orders to residential and business customers along an assigned route

• Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions

• Transport customer garments and orders between our retail location and our cleaning facility

• Load and unload garments while keeping orders organized and protected during transportation

• Verify orders and route information to help ensure garments are delivered to the correct customer or location

• Follow established pickup and delivery schedules and complete routes in a timely and efficient manner

• Communicate with the store and production teams regarding customer requests, order issues, or special instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

• Help develop and grow the pickup and delivery route by providing excellent service and introducing Martinizing services to potential residential and business customers

• Follow all company procedures and safe-driving practices

• Other duties as assigned

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

• Dependable, punctual, and organized

• Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills

• Comfortable driving for extended periods and making multiple stops throughout the day

• Able to safely load, unload, and carry customer orders

• Detail-oriented and able to keep multiple customer orders organized

• Comfortable working independently and managing an assigned route

• Willing to learn our services, systems, and procedures

• Previous delivery or route experience is helpful but not required

Competitive base pay with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on route growth and new customer acquisition.
