We’re looking for a sharp, warm, and proactive leader to help set the tone on the floor.

At The Walcot Group, our venues range from bustling neighborhood joints to vibrant late-night spots. As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be the bridge between our management team and the floor, keeping shifts running smoothly, maintaining our high service standards, and making sure both our guests and our team are looked after.

You might be leading line-ups before a busy lunch service, troubleshooting floor flow during a peak Friday night, or mentoring newer team members on wine notes and order sequence. Whatever the shift brings, you bring the calm, the focus, and the energy.

• Leadership experience:
  Solid background in front-of-house hospitality with experience supervising or stepping up during shifts.
• Service mindset: A genuine passion for hospitality, with an eye for flow, timing, and the tiny details that elevate an experience.
• Cool under pressure:
  The ability to keep your team calm, organized, and motivated when the room is full.
• Strong communication:
  Clear, constructive, and friendly approach to managing both guest relations and floor dynamics.
• Flexibility:
  Happy to work across or adapt to different venues within the group.
