Apple Valley Dental Group is looking for a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team in beautiful Front Royal, Virginia!

We are searching for someone who enjoys helping people feel comfortable, takes pride in creating an organized clinical environment, and believes that great dentistry starts with great teamwork. Whether you are an experienced Dental Assistant or a motivated candidate ready to continue growing, we would love to meet you. Apple Valley Dental Group has been a part of the Front Royal community for decades, providing generational dental care ranging from implants to Invisalign.

As a Dental Assistant, you will help keep the clinical day running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Taking dental X-rays, when appropriately certified
• Reviewing post-treatment instructions with patients
• Supporting sterilization and infection-control processes
• Maintaining accurate and complete clinical documentation
• Helping the team stay on schedule
• Anticipating the needs of the dentist, patients, and clinical team
• Jumping in to help wherever needed - because teamwork matters here!

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn.

This position is full-time with a 4 day per week schedule - hours 7:30am-5:00pm Lunch 1:00pm-2:00pm .

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
