Loan Servicing, Loan Officer
To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications. To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquiries to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.

- Support and communicate with Loan Officers and Members.
- Obtain minimum required documents from members to assist in loan approvability.
- Work the loan from pre‑application to post‑application.
- Calculate income and analyze asset statements.
- Update loan operating systems.
- Manage case load via Jetpack with an average of 45‑60 applications per person, scaling during busier times.
- Receive and complete assignments in personal queue guided by Loan Officer setup.
- Make daily phone contact with members (approximately 50% of the job); remaining tasks are virtual.
- Experience:
3+ years of applicable experience if not previously in mortgage/real estate/financial services; mortgage/real‑estate/financial institution experience highly preferred. - Multi‑tasking ability.
- Professionalism and strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Intermediate level competence.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and loan documentation review.
- Job Type: Contract to Hire.
- Location:
Winchester, VA (Hybrid; first 6 months onsite 4 days per week, thereafter 3 days per week). - Shift / Time: 8:00 am–4:30 pm (time zone specified) Monday through Friday; no weekends.
- Training:
In‑person, instructor‑led course 8:00‑12:30 pm CST / 9:00‑5:30 pm EST. - Time off policy:
Flexible when outside of training. - Interview:
Virtual panel interview. - Start Date:
July 6. - Pay: $23.50 per hour.
