Outpatient Physical Therapist Opportunity – Front Royal, Virginia

A patient-focused healthcare organization in Front Royal, Virginia is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a permanent, full-time role. • Hourly pay range: $38.02 – $57.04 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus between $15,000 – $25,000 OR $30,000 student loan reimbursement

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (Required)
