• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
