Sales Operations Planning Manager

Front Royal, Virginia (Northern Virginia area)

We are partnering with a growing food & beverage manufacturing organization to hire a Sales Operations Planning Manager. This is a highly visible role for someone who can connect supply chain, manufacturing, sales, procurement, and finance while serving as a strategic partner to Operations leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end S&OP process
• Align demand, supply, production capacity, materials, and financial objectives
• Monitor production performance, including planned vs. actual output, yields, order cuts, fill rates, and schedule adherence
• Identify material shortages, production gaps, and operational bottlenecks and drive corrective actions
• Facilitate executive S&OP meetings and provide risk assessments, trade-off analysis, and recommendations
• Partner directly with Operations leadership to manage high-priority manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Finance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, supply chain, demand/supply planning, or manufacturing operations
• F&B manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of how demand, materials, production, and customer service work together
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and drive accountability
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, or Net Suite
