Our Front Royal DC is hiring safety-focused Loaders to support outbound shipping. This is a hands-on role with monthly bonus potential and real room to grow.

$23.50/hr base pay Plus $2–$5/hr monthly bonus Strong earning potential for consistent performers

Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM Weekends off! Overtime as needed

• Load trucks using forklifts and other equipment
• Check product for quality and accuracy
• Maximize trailer space safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety standards and SOPs
• Keep a clean, organized workspace

• Reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• $15.00 - $26.17
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
