Jr. Marketing & Content Specialist (Hybrid – Local Required) Location
Hybrid role — mostly remote with occasional in‑person meetings and local client‑site visits. Must be local.

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Jr. Marketing & Content Specialist to support both our internal brand and our clients through hands‑on marketing execution. This role focuses on social media management, original blog writing, light web work, and occasional client‑facing responsibilities. You’ll work directly with the owner and support ongoing marketing initiatives across multiple clients.
This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants real responsibility, exposure to a variety of industries, and clear opportunities for growth as the company scales.
Required Responsibilities (Non‑Negotiable)- Manage social media accounts for the company and multiple clients
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content
- Travel locally for occasional in‑person filming at client locations
- Write original, human‑written blog content (no AI)
- Organize and manage client files, content, and media assets
- Take incoming calls and act as a point of contact when the owner is unavailable
- Participate in occasional in‑person meetings with clients or the internal team
Preferred Experience
- Hub Spot experience (CRM, marketing tools, workflows, reporting)
- Word Press
- Webflow
- Wix
- Experience working with APIs
- Experience building or maintaining automations (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Comfortable working across multiple tools, platforms, and client systems
- Hybrid schedule (primarily remote)
- Occasional in‑person meetings
- Occasional local travel for client filming
