RN​/LPN Home Health Case

We are seeking dedicated and attentive nurses to provide comprehensive in-home care for cases that we have available in Front Royal, VA and Stephens City, VA
. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills and comfortability managing multiple systems of care.

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient s home
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patient with physical and neurological care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Follow all clinical and safety protocols

• Active and valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Home health experience preferred
• Experience caring for patients with physical and neurological conditions is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
