Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing business performance and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
They also lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development initiatives. Assistant managers are expected to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers and will have the opportunity to grow into future store leaders.
