Restoration Technician (Commission-Based)

SERVPRO of Winchester is looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage. In this commission-based role, your hard work directly impacts your earnings—perfect for someone who wants to grow, hustle, and build a career.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
- Perform restoration tasks: water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
- Set up and monitor specialized equipment on job sites
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job supplies
- Clearly communicate job site conditions and safety concerns
- Ensure the job site is left clean and professional
- Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and empathy in the field
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, handyman work, or similar field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work on-call shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- IICRC certification a plus (not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (sometimes up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or tight areas
- Ability to use cleaning products and restoration equipment safely
- Commission-based pay with potential to earn significantly with effort and availability
