Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem as training is offered. You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat endorsement at time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85-$106K with drivers starting at $300.30/Day and increasing by $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you train new hires in cryogenics you will earn an additional $100/Day.
• Training is “shadow” training so you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs; you do not share a cab or double‑bunk. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their own truck (all 579 Petes with automatic transmission) and there is no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opt‑out of any region is not allowed.
• During a 7‑day break, the company pays for your flight home and return. If you are within 200 miles, you may drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home up to 7 days; they may stay home less than 7 days and stay out longer than 21, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless vacation is taken.
• If you are unwilling to fly, you will not be hired.
• Felonies of any kind disqualify you from hire.
• Failure or refusal to take a DOT drug test disqualifies you, regardless of SAP completion.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the past three years. You need not have tanker or cryogenic experience, but you must hold the X endorsement.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving positions in the past five years.
