About the Role:

Ferguson’s Front Royal Distribution Center is seeking dependable, safety‑focused Warehouse Equipment Operators to support accurate and efficient product movement throughout the facility. This role is essential to our daily operations and success.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines

Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations

Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas

Use RF scanners or voice‑directed systems to complete daily tasks

Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety

Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership

Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently and 90 pounds via team-lift Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet Warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training provided for the right candidates)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Pay Range:$15.00 - $26.17

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
