Warehouse Equipment Operator | Ferguson Distribution Center | Front Royal, VA Monday – Wednesday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

No, really. Three days a week. That's it. Thursday through Sunday off — every single week. No overtime. No surprises. Just a consistent, predictable schedule you can actually plan your life around. And you'll still earn $23.50/hour with full benefits starting after just 30 days.

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay: $23.50/hour

Hours:

30 hours/week — no mandatory overtime

Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to keep product moving safely and accurately through our facility. Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems, build pallets, maintain a clean workspace, and work alongside a solid team that takes pride in doing things right. No experience? We train the right people.

Show up consistently and take your work seriously

Can lift up to 70 lbs. and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet

Are ready to pass a background check and drug screen
