Mountain City Rehab Center is a 89-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Frostburg, Maryland. - Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Maryland
- Strong management and operation skill
- Strong math/budgetary skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The primary purpose of the Nursing Home Administrator is to direct the day-to-day functions of the entire facility in accordance with current regulations and standards
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities
- Delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to other staff personnel as deemed necessary to perform their assigned duties
- Consult with department directors concerning the operation of their departments to assist in eliminating/correcting problem areas and/or improvement of services
- Assist department directors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs to assure that current material and programs are continuously provided
- Responsible for facility expense management & compliance with annual budget and compliance with resident funds
- Ensure that the facility remains survey ready and compliant with company policy and governmental regulations, prepare and present a plan of correction to state or federal agencies post surveys
