Description E-Commerce Shipper to process outbound orders across two of our facilities. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and organization of all outbound shipments and related documentation. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, is detail oriented, has experience operating forklifts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting things done right the first time. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

This position is located at our Cumberland, MD plant.

• Actively participate in daily shipping operations across two locations to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.
• Manage a live real time schedule of outbound shipments.
• Accurately pick individual items to fulfill outbound E-Commerce orders.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and customer requirements.
• Support shipping team to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production and Logistics management to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor and improve shipping processes to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and control costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and carrier activity.
• Ensure equipment and docks are properly maintained and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management (manufacturing experience preferred).
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Prior Forklift training is preferred.
• Knowledge of freight scheduling, bill of lading documentation, and carrier management.
• Proficient with shipping software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to transition between our 2 sites.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs +/-.
