As a CNA 1 (Previously named GNA), you'll be on the front lines of quality elder care. You'll work closely with our nursing staff to provide daily support and assistance to residents - helping with everything from personal hygiene and mobility to emotional support and companionship.

• CNA 1 in Maryland

• Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred

• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)

• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators

• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff

• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care

• Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.

• Be sensitive to residents' families and respond in an appropriate professional way as the situation requires.

• Keep residents' bed, dresser, bathroom, and general living area clean and tidy.

• Answer call lights promptly.
