Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage and report on activity in review meetings with management
• Build rapport and relationships with territory sales managers and customers to ensure excellent service
• Own customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary to ensure resolution

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
• Proven experience in client‑focused solutions delivery
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Experience in account management within the medical device or healthcare industry
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
