IdealQualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education Licensure (must obtain before start)
- Experience or training in individualized instruction and IEP development
- Adaptable and passionate about serving diverse student populations
- Willingness to relocate to Colorado for the assignment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students with special needs
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student potential
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Utilize evidence-based teaching practices and ongoing assessment
