Compensation & BenefitsWage starts at $35.00 per hour.

- Physical assessment of pre/post procedural patients.
- Prepare patients pre-procedurally.
- Assist the patient and physician during the procedure.
- Receive and carry out physicians orders.
- Assist physicians with medical procedures.
- Safely and correctly perform all procedures within the scope of nursing practice.
- Participate in and contribute to department/clinic process improvement initiatives, education, and new staff orientation.
- Maintain a neat and well‑stocked work environment.
- Knowledge of medication dosages, routes, and actions.
- Administer medications as ordered carefully.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance; participate in applicable CME education/training.
- Reorder and stock supplies and medication inventory as needed.
- Observe universal precautions.
- Identify patient needs, plan, and implement care.
- Directly assist with any patient need.
- Ensure all required records for admission, consent, discharge, etc. are completed.
- Complete and accurately document assessments, observations, situations, and events.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with the public and staff.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required). Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Licenses: Current unrestricted Registered Nurse License with the State of Colorado.
- Certifications: Current BLS upon hire; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year inpatient experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
- Unrestricted Colorado RN License.
- Clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, nursing skills, physiological knowledge, medication administration, teamwork, multitasking, listening, verbal communication, health promotion and maintenance.
- BLS upon hire, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
